At Girl Cultured, we take pride in delivering high-quality art products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products (small art prints, stickers, etc.) and the use of standard postal mail, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement of the damaged item

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at girlculturedclub@gmailcom. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can resolve the issue quickly.

3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered items once the package has been handed to the postal service. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
